We require students to be potty trained by the start of the school year. Submitting this form does not complete the enrollment process or secure your spot in a class. Caregivers as listed in this form will be contacted via email (typically within a few days) with additional forms to submit before the enrollment is complete. There is a $150.00 non-refundable enrollment fee due at the time of completing the additional enrollment forms. Tuition rates are subject to change. Current rates for the 2024-2025 school year can be found at www.dextercoop.com/tuition.
